What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Sporty Chic purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be free of wear, damage, or alterations to qualify for a return or exchange. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@sportychic.us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, an exchange or refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, delivery time will vary based on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
As soon as your shipping label is created and your order is prepared for shipment, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way until it arrives at your door.

As we continue to grow, select accessories or components may be sourced or produced globally through trusted partners. Every item, regardless of origin, is carefully inspected by us to meet our elevated standards for quality before reaching you.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.95 on all U.S. orders under $50.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
